The Springs Nursing Center is a 60-bed rehabilitation and nursing home nestled in the mountains of western Virginia, in beautiful Hot Springs.Our home-like environment is staffed with loving and caring healthcare professionals to meet the medical, social, and emotional needs of our residents. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies for those who need rehabilitative services.

The Home Place is our special care unit for Alzheimer's and dementia residents, providing a safe and therapeutic home that maximizes independent functioning and helps take the stress of care from families, allowing them to enjoy spending quality time with their loved ones. We have implemented a program called “Namaste”, a hindu term meaning “to honor the spirit within.” Namaste promotes person centered care and is designed to acknowledge the person first, not the disease. The program blends nursing care and meaningful activities to provide relaxing experiences to even the most severly demented resident.

At The Springs all of our meals are made from scratch and a dietary staff that is proud of the meals they prepare each day for our residents and families. Activities are planned each day which include cooking classes, WiII games, and the all time favorite Bingo. We invite you to stop and visit our facility.
